Overall, the villa is very comfortable with plenty of space, STUNNING views, a fantastic pool, and a wonderful lounge area. The villa staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The property manager was also very helpful both before and during the trip. Breakfast is conveniently available (for an additional fee) from the full-service kitchen at the neighboring sister property. The staff also helped us arrange a driver and assisted with getting supplies we needed. The villa is located in a nice, quiet, and private area. Guest Tip: book the SETIA ferry — it has air conditioning and is much more comfortable than the others.

The only reason I stated that it did not fully meet my expectations was because of the third upstairs bedroom. It does not have an ensuite bathroom and felt somewhat like an afterthought, as it lacked basic room amenities such as a dresser, a place to hang clothing, and even a trash bin. The other two downstairs bedrooms were beautiful and well-appointed, while this room felt quite different. We were three adult women, and whoever stayed in that room was definitely not as comfortable as the others. The amenities description should also be updated: there were no hair dryers available, and there is no BBQ (meaning a grill guests can independently use).

We loved the oceanfront location above the rocks, we loved the easy layout of the property with the cabana only a few steps down onto the Sandy patch. The caretakers were absolutely wonderful. They communicated promptly on each occasion, they arranged our transport to and from the ferry, they arranged our scooters, they arranged our day trip to Nusa Penida and they arranged our snorkeling trip too. We really appreciated their care and support.

We did read some of the feedback previous guests have written. This property is absolute ocean front. Anyone that owns an oceanfront property or a boat/yacht understands how tough the ocean is on your property/boat/yacht. We love the property, we loved our stay.

Location and stunning views

Due to the location is right next to the sea the outside of the villa is a little bit weathered. Staff was reserved but very friendly.
