Nothing to like cancelled my stay after seeing property worst accommodation

The property does not match the description provided on your website. This constitutes a failure to provide the service advertised. I am requesting that Booking.com intervene as a mediator because the property is in breach of the service agreement displayed on your platform." I cancelled this booking because the property I arrived at was significantly different from the photos and description shown on your website. My request is not a simple change of plans, but a claim against misleading advertising on your platform. I have attached photographic evidence of the discrepancy. The staff was very warm and friendly. Kumar, Mangesh, Pushpa, Shivarna made us feel like home. The food was VERY GOOD and home like. The property was clean and amid the backwaters.

The room was very clean, well appointed and everything worked well. Comfortable mattress. All in a charming traditional setting . The food was excellent and very decently priced. Light, tasty home style cooking. Very pleasant and prompt service. Really enjoyed our stay

Location. Peace. Food preparation was good. Homely.

During Day time AC as not the best because the roof was transferring heat to room. Less options to engage in activities.

Wonderful atmosphere, views and location - it is quite a journey inside so don't be alarmed, the area is generally very safe and quite serene. Loved watching the sunsets and sunrise at the banks of the river. Staff's good behavior was a real bonus, made us feel really at home

SaffronStays Suvarna Sangam is a beautiful property by the Suvarna river. Nestled in the midst of nature this place is a haven for those seeking to soothe the soul. You can enjoy the sunrise from the deck by the river and also watch the sunset just behind your room. Early mornings are all about birdsong (You can hear peacocks, cuckoos, and many more) and tranquility. Beautiful blooms abound in and around the property which has a coconut grove. Trees laden with fruits abound in the property. It is a perfect place to enjoy the rustic charms of Karnataka. You can even enjoy a boat ride here. The place has a very backwater beauty vibe. The hosts and caretakers are attentive and there is a homely touch to the food provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A couple of things that can be improved: 1. The quality of the linen (bedsheets, towels etc.) Expected better for the price paid. (I paid Rs. 27,000 for 2 nights at Shambhavi, triple occupancy) 2. The wrought iron staircase is not convenient and a tad bit unsafe. 3. Some indoor games could be arranged at the property so that evenings are better utilized.
