breakfast was good, options are little limited but tasty, location is perfect for any family vacation, nice views, luxury rooms, well designed, comfortable and memorable stay, staff is good, helping, approach roads are little narrow and confusing but staff and manager helps to reach there safely. It was the best stay for us till date, liked the entire property very much.

Approach roads definitely little inside and confusing, more food options can be added in the menu, prices for veg thali is little higher side considering the food you are getting in veg thali, breakfast is costly. food prices are little higher side

The place is very beautiful, calm, and clean. We had a good time.

The price is a little high for that place. Vegetarian food was average and the price was very high.

The location was beuatiful and the rooms were very well designed. Comfortable and with great facilities, but still in keeping with the traditional design of the house. The food was also excellent for a homestay and the staff were very helpful and attentive, especially the caretaker Mr Prasad.

Location - beautifully located by the riverside amidst coconut trees. Calm environment. Very home like.

The access from the main road is narrow and tricky on a concrete road. There is no place to pull over if another vehicle comes from the opposite side. This can cause a bit of anxiety.

We stayed for two nights and the food, location and serenity was exceptional. Prasad, the manager was great and very accommodating, as the location is a little remote he helped us by fetching a few things from town which we forgot. The place is lovely, homely and the food home cooked food for every meal was absolutely delicious.

Prasad, the local manager, did all he could to fulfill our wishes and make this a great stay. The staff is extremely helpful. Stilish and clean rooms.

Central administration in Mumbai should not ask for data etc without forwarding them to the local manager. Instead of bombarding with (automatic?) Mails they should do their job. This administration is not working professionally.

Location was scenic. Meals offered and prepared were tasty. Caretaker cum cook was quite friendly and helpful.

Room was dark and poorly ventilated, Airconditioned/cooling didn't work well at all. Access to location from the highway was a bit tricky, with very narrow and windey roads for the last mile.
