Only Breakfast is good

There are no lights to the hotel, there are 2 ways to reach the hotel; 1st one bridge is so narrow, that your SUV can get stuck. other one is ok. But the staff is not bothered to inform us, which route to take and warn us if there are no lights on a thin road with heavy rainfall.. There are rats in the bedroom, my superdry bag was eaten by the rats, 6000 Rs. gone, and when i highlighted to reception the guy said.. oh it might have come in the night bathroom is pathetic, water is all over the bathroom, no septation of a glass wall or anything between toilet seta, washbasin and bath area, so one of my family member slipped in the bathroom.. no mats also and if this is so, please provide viper to clean ourself.. and the best of all, toilet seat is broken, when asked, seat is broken can you get it fixed.. the so called house keeping people said, yes its broken from last 1 week.. so my question is.. there are 6 rooms in the hotel, all empty, why would you give me room with broken seta toilet.. and yes, the water from the tap is black, muddy water and not clean water there are no table and chair to sit and work, none.. so dont expect to work from here then if you stay on first floor, there is rot iron stair case to go up and down, and if you have kids etc.. better avoid 1st floor btw, the room is not cheap, it cost us 9250 Rs without breakfast and lunch

The location though a little difficult to find and get there was good, amidst nature and scenic views

The room and the vicinity of the room could be clean, washroom was not properly cleaned, there was a shack next to the room which was dumped with garbage.

Facility well maintained

Access is terrible. It takes 10 minutes on a narrow winding road in a jungle to get to the country road and it is another 20 minutes to the city center. There is no eating places in the vicinity other than the hotel kitchen, which offers mediocre Indian dishes. Avoid staying here during the monsoon season. It is extremely humid even with an AC is on. Your luggage and other stuff stored in the room will get moldy quickly. The “deluxe” room on the ground floor is too small to be called deluxe and not roomy enough for two people. It is dark and humid. While the local staff is highly responsive to your needs, the management is terrible not responding to repeated contacts even though they send automated acknowledgments that promise replies within 24 hours. I sent four messages but got no response.

It was an exotic stay near the river. Staff were supportive. This property was surrounded by the river from 2 sides.
