Villa Knox

Very well maintained and spacious villa with three bedrooms. Very close to Margao and lots of nearby places to eat.

The pool is over-looking the property and it can get quite noisy at times.

The villa is within a professional managed resort. The pool is well maintained, The proximity to Sernabatim Beach is excellent and this beach is quiet and peaceful unlike Colva or Benaulim. The resort restaurant will even deliver takeaways to the villa at no extra cost - very convenient. A short 20 minute stroll along peaceful country lanes take you to a local bakers and coffee shop that is of a higher standards than Starbucks or Costa - also a small supermarket and wine store.

Hot water was not always available in one of the three en-suite bathrooms

This place is really a GEM and I feel proud that accidentally I found this GEM which made our trip soo awesome. Location, Villa interior, facilities, Pool, Beach everything was so awesome we can't even find any single issue at any moment during stay. This is going to be a longer association with Villa knox for sure and If I will be in GOA next time, it's simply I will be in Villa Knox only.

Even after trying a lot, I couldn't find a single thing that I can say I didn't like. Kudos to owner of knox villa who thought so minutely on each and every necessity and maintained the Villa.

Nothing. Stay at one of the cottages on the beach. They'll be cheaper and much safer than this shitshow.

The property is incredibly mismanaged. Firstly, it's not a villa with a sea view and it's not a Beachfront property. The description is incorrect and the property manager is continuing to charge people for a beachfront villa despite the beach not being visible or accessible from the villa or from the entire resort. Secondly, my sister and I were harassed by a large group of guests at the property for 3 days. They tried to break into our villa, showed up at 2:30 AM ringing the bell for 30 mins straight only to stare at us when we opened the door finally and then asked for a cigarette. The hotel security didn't show up no matter how many times we called. The villa doesn't even have locks on anything other than the main door. The balcony door is on the ground floor and can be opened by anyone. The men were harassing us, letching at us and mistreating us. The property owner/manager refused to let me even talk to tell him what happened. Both he and his wife said our story was "unbelievable" because it's never happened before. When pressed, the wife said being harassed is not a cause for concern since it can happen at the beach also. She said if there are men there you will be harassed. They took no responsibility for any of their actions. The property manager refused to even get the security to help us and told us to contact the police. When we did contact the police, they also told the police that our story wasn't possible since it's never happened before. These guests had never been at the property before so how could it have happened before? The cleaning lady was late always, the toiletries were not replaced and we found massive stains on alot of the linen. We were unsafe the whole time, had to sleep with chairs against the doors and we never got any sort of assurance or apology from the property for putting us in danger.

Not clean Fridge all iced up. Wasted lot of food, had to throw away. Mould everywhere. Will share photos later. Had to call manager . Wasted our time when on holiday.

Excellent location, which was 5 minutes walk from the beach. The villa was a duplex private villa with 3BHK. It's within the Baywatch Resorts and we had been there during the Christmas night of 2023 and the day after. Parking is available, the cleaning staff for the private villa would come once in a day for the upkeep of the villa. It's a self sufficient place to live with Washing Machine, TV, Fridge, Stove etc apart from the toiletries, all AC rooms etc. Goa's most famous restaurant Martin's Corner is hardly a 10 minute drive. The walk from the Villa to the beach ends at a beach side sea facing restaurant with ample parking and unlike other crowded beach entry points at Goa, where it's difficult to find a parking spot, this was a much calm place with ample parking & restroom space.

The sliding doors' lock needs to be fixed for ease of use. Some of the wardrobe might need a bit of woodwork.
