Villa Knox

The housekeeper (Miss Flavia) was incredible. She kept the place spotless and was so welcoming and helpful that our stay was made all the better because of her attention and thoughtfulness.

The handling of the payment was elongated and annoying. It would have been preferable to complete the paperwork at arrival.

It is a very spacious villa in a gated resort. The resort has a pool (right in front of the villa), a restaurant and all kinds of activities that you can use. The villa is fully equipped with cooking and serving utensils. Cleaning is done daily. It is minutes away from the beach. The owner responds in minutes and there is a housekeeper on the spot that takes care of everything. Fantastic!!!

Well, the villa is not new and has a few issues that may need to be addressed (a broken door handle, some plaster on the wall…), but it is certainly well maintained and very clean. Also, when we were there there were a few corporate meetings with just crowds of people all over the resort and in the pool. It is definitely not the fault of the villa, just keep in mind that you may not have a relaxing day on the terrace but need to go to the beach instead :)

The villa especially the bathrooms were not cleaned until the day after and upon request.

Clean and cool. Close to beach. Loved the pool and the room delivery. Well maintained. Extremely comfortable. Friendly and kind service too. Very responsive to our needs.

Villa is beautiful. location is perfect. Host - Vijay Agarwal and house keeper - Flavia are very helpful and nice people. I would say it was a perfect stay.

Few things like water drainage system and glass-door fitting can be removed to stop water overflow in the bathrooms.
