Villa Rumah Lumbung

Very private, quiet and far from busy streets. There is a restaurant very close by that also delivers.

Would have liked a top sheet on the bed and clean towels provided. We had the same towels for 5 days.

The place is perfectly situated with convenient neighborhood ike tasty Warung, excellent massage place, nice cafe. But above all things, we fell in love with Angel-like staff welcoming us, making breakfast for us, bringing candles when power was out at night, taking special care of us just like they are our private buttler. We will be missing their genuine smile.

It’s very well kept and very good value for money. we had a pleasant stay. It is indeed quite a walk from the villa to nearest parking, but you can find many things while walking: very good and affordable warung / restaurant to keep you well fed, laundry and massage. The staffs there also very nice. They keep the villa clean during our stay and prepare our breakfast which is included in the price

this villa is a hidden jem. It’s a beautiful villa. very big pool för swimming, it is very clean and we where well taken care of. it’s quite and just perfect!

Great location and spacious

The villa was spacious,but it was quite far frm the main road.If you have children its not advisable because there is no parking nearby the villa.You have to walk about 600 metres to carpark.Only bikes can access to the small walkway..

So many toads, lizards and gekko at night because the kitchen was an open concept.

Amazing facilities, great service, lovely breakfast, value for money.

A beautiful spot. The privacy and our very own pool were a delight. We loved the walk from the road - about 7 minutes from car access. This was a plus for us. Far from the crowds. The staff picked up our luggage for us with motor scooters so it was easy. Plenty of small warungs (local inexpensive restaurants) to choose from for local food or the ultra healthy and costly vegan 'Alchemy' along with its spa treatments all in walking distance. Close enough to Ubud center (about $5 taxi ride) but far enough for a retreat from it all.

There was a close neighbor's very high pitched dog barking for 4 hours straight one night that was over the top uncomfortable. The power went out and since we have no phone (amazing but true!) it took us some hours to find the electrical box - the breaker switch had flipped for no obvious reason. We would like to see an extractor fan in the otherwise delightful bathroom. This would prevent mustiness. This could easily be a truly wonderful spot with some very simple adjustments. But first that neighboring dog!
