Stay our stay there. House were clean. The only thing is that the aircon is not strong enough.

Low water pressure

Location and size

Aircon in the rooms on the 2nd floor did not fully work. There is also quite smelly in the toilet and sometimes the water flow at a low pressure upstairs

We were satisfied with everything.....but the Air-conditioning is not cold in all the rooms. Also the water pressure is low. Otherwise the house is conducive.

I loves the fully aircon apartment! The kitchen island was a plus point.

There was no dressing table, no mirror in the room. Was not easy to see myself , to put on make-up or tidy my tudung. I stayed on the 1st level room and the toilet was stuck so I had to go to the main toilet or upstairs toilet. Extra bonus if only there is a washing machine available ;)

The no.1 selling point of this property is the generous space, 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, including kitchen, living, dining.

Water pressure in the bathrooms (all bathrooms) is quite low, meaning one cannot have a comfortable shower when another one being used. Kitchen needs few more kitchenware, eg. cereal/soup bowls, cutting knives, cooking pans etc. We had a dedicated transport with us, so distance never issue for us.
