Nice Villa with picturesque garden and lovely private pool. Villa Unique is 50nts down a well paved lane, away from traffic noise. All the staff are caring and considerate, friendly and smiling Balinese locals. I loved my two weeks there.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. My bathtub wasn't functional because it couldn't stop the water. They sent someone to fix it right away although it was already in the evening. The staff made breakfast according to my time of request and everything was nice. The room was very spacious although I didn't have time for the pool. Would definitely come back again.

Very quiet place, peaceful, AC very cold (we love it) the location is only 5-10mins by scooter to Ubud centre. Simple delicious breakfast, super helpful & friendly staffs. Definitely recommend and it’s our 2nd time to visited this place. We love it, super affordable. The swimming pool is nice

Water pressure in the shower was small, but was ok.

It was really dirty. There were ants everywhere, very smelly. The mozzy tulle was very dirty and stained, sheets had stains on it. There was rarely hot water. When we picked up the foot towel, hair stuck to my hand. There was a stain on the bees that looked like dried blood. Overall, it was very dirty. We were considering leaving the accommodation but there was no place else.

The hosts tried to add 10% for card payment, which was not specified on my booking. I showed them my booking confirmation and refused the extra charge. This was then accepted. This place is quite old and outdated, needing a lot of maintenance. There is borer infestation in the cupboards, dressing table, and window frames. Shower pressure was very low in our bathroom. Shower mixer handle not fixed, comes off when used. Bath towels provided are past their use-by date. No hand towels provded. Bed matress damp and smelly. Curtains and mosquito nettings very old and dirty.
