Great location & clean and comfortable

one thing to improve is the electrical system.

The service the staff give is wonderful! They are very helpful and attentive when questions are asked. The location is on a street with lots of food options and a short grab to the city centre.

Neighbours upstairs can be heard stomping around, but not a hotel problem.

Friendly staff. Good location. Nice pool. Room looks nice.

The mattress was too soft or too old, I did not sleep well because of this and felt my back hurting a bit.

It’s location it’s perfect if you want a bit of quiet in Ubud. It feels like paradise the moment you cross the door. It is tidy, clean, beautiful and confortable. Staff are very nice and have no problems with gay couples.

Breakfast is good but it is a closed menu, meaning you get the same everyday.

The vilaa was very ubud feel around nature

As it’s inside a narrow road we had to take our luggage to main road , there were a lot of ant 🐜 on the bed and table, the cleaning staff did not clean the rooms properly, WiFi range was not good enough The showers were pathetic

Beautiful swimming pool and lots of lovely greenery. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had a scooter hire service within the premises which was ideal as ubud centre was a quick 8-10 minute scooter away depending on traffic.

The shower wasn’t the best and had very low water pressure. Also the hot water ran out but the man did try and fix it for me.
