Petit Resort atypique très agréable. Toutes les villas sont en bambous et sont joliment décorées. C'est un lieu très tranquille pour ceux souhaitent la tranquillité et se reposer. Le personnel est très gentil et fait tout pour qu'on se sente bien. Les repas sont excellents. Merci.

On the plus side, I would say that the staff is very friendly, although there were some communication problems. The food in the restaurant is very good, fresh, well seasoned. Also, the excursion to the secret Gili (organized by the resort for guests who stay there for more than 4 nights) was great - with a very cool guide who took underwater photos while snorkeling.

In the pictures on the booking site the resort looked newer and more well-maintained than it actually is. Also, the beach looked bigger, while it is small (it practically disappears at high tide), and at low tide the view is not inviting - we saw mostly silt. In addition, the resort is located on a noisy INDUSTRIAL bay, on which ships pass nonstop (including at night). The cottage was neglected, the glass door was very smeared and not even wiped, the door closed with a clunky rope, it took a while to put it on, and there was no guarantee that the cottage was safe. The night was also difficult - there were mice running around the cottage, we did not feel safe. We understand that the cottage is in the woods - but the quality of workmanship and unattended details took away the joy. The information that should have been more prominently displayed at the time of booking, however, concerns the isolation of the resort from the entire island. You arrive at the hotel by boat, there are no other places in this part of the bay, to get somewhere you have to take a boat and only rent a scooter. So it is a real seclusion. The place disappointed us to the point that we shortened our paid stay from 4 nights to 2. We didn't get a refund for the 2 nights, but we didn't have to pay for the food from the restaurant. The staff is very nice, but not everyone speaks English. In addition - when you try to arrange something, there is no assurance that it will be arranged. We asked to order a cab, the cab was ordered for the wrong time than we had originally arranged, in addition, we chose the fixed price option, which, as it turned out, the cab driver did not know about. This provided us with a lot of stress, the cab driver kept stopping, wanted to string us along for a longer and much more expensive journey, called the resort. So the distaste remained. In addition: in the main pool there was green water, not inviting for swimming.

Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno aiutato con tutte le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo anche avuto un grosso inconveniente per tornare a Bali ed anche lì ci hanno dato una grande mano a riorganizzare il viaggio di ritorno. Un angolo di paradiso e relax!

The accommodation is just beautiful - the bamboo houses offer a comfortable get away from reality. You wake up to the sound of the waves which feels super nice. The houses and outdoor bathrooms are very clean and fresh drinking water is supplied every day. We went on a complimentary snorkeling trip where we were taken to different small islands which was very nice. There are also more opportunities to do different kind of trips, the staff is always happy to assist. We spend two full days on our terrace just watching boats go by and reading - so relaxing. Transport was super smooth and organized by the Catappa Village. Generally, the staff is amazing - super kind and always helpful. We enjoyed our time and would have loved to stay longer! Le lieu prête au repos et à la tranquillité, le personnel est adorable et c’est toujours un plaisir d’échanger avec tout ce beau monde. La nourriture est très bonne et le bungalow incroyable. Un vrai retour à soi.
