Catappa Village Lombok

Ubytování bylo překrásné. Byla to taková skrytá oáza. Personál byl naprosto výjimečný a nápomocný. Podnikli jsme i šnorchlovací výlet na okolní ostrůvky a bylo to úžasné🙇‍♂️

Jediná věci, na kterou bychom chtěli apelovat je, že jsme si na Lombok z Bali brali vlastni skútr. Na lodi si rezervovali toto ubytování, následně nám napsal majitel zpravu, ze pro nás pošle loď. Jenže my měli vlastní skútr🤷‍♂️ Dalo se tam dostat skútrem, ale cesta byla šílená. Vlastně jsme se tím odřízli od jakýchkoliv dalších výletu. Bylo by dobré, aby lidé věděli dopředu, že se do ubytování dá dostat primárně lodí.

Le cadre,magnifique, calme, un accueil très gentî et agréable, un site exceptionnel, un personnel à votre disposition pour quoi que ce soit, très souriant, pour les amoureux de la nature, c'est un endroit vraiment plaisant et tranquille.

Our stay at Catappa was absolutely magical! All the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful and quiet and the food is amazing!!

Tout était parfait, le personnel est incroyable. En Indonésie on a l'habitude de rencontrer des personnes souriante serviable mais là on était au delà. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont touchantes et aux petits soins. L'endroit est idilique de plus nous étions absolument seul c'était un dépaysement total. Nous avons eu droit au film de notre choix à deux reprises sur la plage notre petit garçon était ravie on y mange très très bien. Une petite pause magnifique durant notre voyage en famille. Cet endroit restera un super souvenir avec son décor splendide

L'impossibilité de faire les petites îles avoisinantes au vu des conditions météorologiques mais ce n'est de la faute de personne. Les draps de lit était selon nous trop épais pour le climat avec beaucoup de parfum/lessive mais rien qui puisse gâcher notre moment à catappa village

The surroundings and villages are beautiful! Food was okay. Outside cinema by the beach is really nice.

No water refill in the room, you have to go to the reception/restaurant (the only place in Indonesia we haven’t had water to refill in room) Pool paint coming off makes the pool look unclean even though it’s not.

Totaal geen prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Normaal zijn hotels van €120 per nacht mooi verzorgt netjes hygiënisch luxe en comfortabel Hier hebben wij dat niet ervaren. Zelfs zo ontevreden dat we liever weggingen zonder geld retour dan er nóg een nachtje te blijven
