Все было отлично! Заселение ровно в 2 часа дня! Было очень чисто! Персонал максимально старался помочь во всем! Супер вид!

Accueil inexistant à l'arrivée, impression d'un hôtel fantôme laissé à l'abandon. Hôtel très vétuste : piscine non entretenue, lampe décrochée dans la piscine, bonde de douche cassée et rouillée. Salle de bain sale et pleine de calcaire + wc qui fuit, chaise cassée, housse de canapé déchirée. On a été très déçus de cette expérience et ne conseillons pas du tout cet hôtel. Pour le même prix, nous avons trouvé beaucoup mieux à Amed. C'est très dommage car je pense que cet hôtel devait être mieux avant mais est laissé complètement à l'abandon.

Great stay here and close to the volcano, so did a great hike with guide Katut. Not an early start compared to the hikers that come from e.g. Ubud. Komang and Madie at reception were very helpful and nice and took me on complimentary rides to the temple and the hot springs. I had a great time!

Sunrise and sunset view of Mount & Lake Batur from the balcony were awesome! Located in quiet place, the villa has a complete set amenities - more than I expected; from toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, set of towels, tea and coffee, water cooker, a small fridge, slippers even a drying rack. The villa has beautiful and really spacious bedrooms, couches, smart tv, strong wifi, dining table and the most important: everywhere is clean. They also provided room services with foods delivered from their own restaurant.

The road to reach the villa location from main road is rough and narrow, really need a skilfull and experienced driver in Bali to drive a car and park in front of the villa.

The villa can not control it but the flies are really preventing from doin anything outside of the room. Due to the onion farms there are billions of flies. Further no restaurants or much to do around the place. Also I had no hot water.

De vele vliegen. We wisten het van tevoren maar viel toch tegen. En er is niets rondom de accommodatie. Je zit echt in the middle of nowhere

The view was unbelievable, like sitting in a postcard. Staff very helpful and booked jeep tours.

Whilst I accept that due to the location there would be flies, we were unable to eat outside during the day as there were so many. There is absolutely nothing that could be done its nature. There is also not really anywhere to wander to. No hot water. Whilst we received a warning about all of the above, it only came after we had booked and paid.
