De vliegen overal echt ongelofelijk , de villa kan er niks aan doen maar buiten zitten buiten met zwembad om is onmogelijk

Mooie ruime kamers! En een prachtig uitzicht. We hadden het alleen geboekt omdat we de Mount Batur wilden beklimmen. Vanuit het hotel ook de hike geboekt, en zeker een aanrader. We hadden een leuke gids.

Er waren inderdaad wel veel vliegen, maar dit wisten we van tevoren. Ook weinig te doen in de buurt van het hotel, maar ook dit wisten we.

Great spacious room with views overlooking the lake. The guy on reception was really helpful offering to drop us at the canoeing place south of the lake and then collected us to take us to the hot springs, and then collected us again to return us to the hotel. The pool looked nice but was too cold to go swimming and too many flies.

I had read in the reviews about the number of flies but really wasn’t prepared for the sheer amount of them at the property and in the area. This made eating any food including breakfast extremely difficult and not relaxing. Lots of flies enter the room upon entering but with some room spray this was easily fixed. However the number of bodies that remain around the bed throughout our stay wasn’t appealing! Food is very basic but the staff are helpful. There’s nowhere to walk to around the hotel, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. The access road to the hotel is really bad, you need a 4x4 to not damage your car!

The location of the Villa is excellent. Serene Mountain and Lake Views. Pool is also clean. Food is cheap and tasty.

Rooms are bit old, esp bathrooms. There are lot of house flies during our visit which made very uncomfortable.

Good to relax. Nice views from the rooms and very friendly staff. They can organise tours to see the sunset.

The 200 meters road, from the main road, it’s an adventure to drive by bike!
