"Great stay"

The swimming pool and the views are just amazing. With good weather it's the ideal place for relax. The staff are really nice and helpful.

When it rains, there's not much to do outside of the hotel. The maintanance of the outside is great, but inside the rooms not much

"Beautiful rooms!"

Room was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Chosen for proximity to mt Batur. Staff were very easy to get hold of & responive

The pool wasn’t clean on our arrival. The flys were quite difficult… but we were warned about this.

Scenery, wonderful balcony view of Lake Batur

Road leading into the property was really narrow. Alittle too many insects (which was understandable and expected), and it wasn't that bad.
