Had good stay and highly recommended. Friendly staff, good service and food is nice too.. The view of Mount Batur is stunning. The hotel compound is good for photography and the photos turned out very well.. Good place for chilling and relaxing with family.

The spacious room, tastefully done, the huge balcony overlooking the lake, the ever so polite and helpful staff. Beautiful landscapes of the property. Sumptuous breakfast.

The view over the lake and the mountains changed through the day. It was a great place to sit and relax

The road getting there. It’s off the main road down a dirt track and at some points it feels like you should really be 4WDing. Also if you are mobility challenged there are quite a few stairs.

Very good location, very nice villa, very kind personnel

Very friendly, attentive staff and a great view. The room was also spacious and clean.

The biggest problem is that there are no restaurants within 45 minutes drive and unfortunately the food at this hotel is very poor and so, we were left very hungry and with no choice but to leave early. This is a shame as it’s a beautiful location and the staff/accommodation were very nice. There is also very little to do in the area once you’ve done the volcano activities - wouldn’t stay more than 1 night. Would also note there are many, many flies which are annoying.
