A little hard to find

Beautiful views with spacious accommodation. Ever attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Unfortunately the flies are out of control 😢

Super quiet, clean rooms, soft comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and a nice pool with mountain views. Staff arranged for a birthday decoration for my girlfriend in the room plus floating breakfast next morning.

As mentioned in the description the last 200meters on the road are rocky and bumpy. Arrived there by bike without problems though. Many flies in the outside areas, but not much you can do about it, as its like that all over Kintamani.

The villa itself is well located with jaw dropping scenery with beautiful garden and layouts. Comfy bed

The villa that I was staying needs refurbishment as the interior is run down. The door knobs need fixing, the socket for the fridge/water boiler could be a hazard to their guest as casing was easily off from its base. sockets next to the bed side table were loose and water pressure was low. No mineral water provided in the room.

Many flies for certain period (morning and afternoon). But this is nature and common in Batur lake area. Wish if the external windows can have kawat nyamuk so we can open it and feels the fresh air from the lake and surrounding

The complex was very nice, we enjoyed the breakfast. Also the pool is very nice with great views of the lake! The staff were very kind and helpful.

Be careful to get to the hotel, the last route is not in good condition at all. Around the lake there were so many flies. Of course that’s not a problem of the hotel but it was unpleasant. The room could be more clean.
