The Pool and the beautiful people who helped us every day with anything we needed :) The space was huge so kids had a lot of space to run around

The mosquito's were inside and outside and were everywhere

The private pool, close to many restaurants, easy to get transport. It's good value for money. Staff are helpful. Gardens are nice.

The toilet smells, it needs to be replaced. The traffic is very busy so it takes about 40 minutes to drive into the centre of Ubud. Walking distance is easy and quicker because of the traffic.

Eine Villa mit Pool ganz für die Familie alleine. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat alles getan um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Quarkende Frösche wurden entfernt. Der Pool wurde von grün auf blau gesäubert. Wascheservice top.

Leider ist der Boden im Bad das letzte Mal gefühlt vor Jahren geputzt worden. Auch der Tisch auf der Terrasse musste von uns erstmal gereinigt werden. Aber scheint hier in Bali so zu sein.

Centrally located between restaurants and walking distance from Monkey Forest and Ubud Art Market. Communication with staff was minimal - all was done via w/up. Wayan was friendly and helpful - other staff courteous and friendly. Lovely chairs in bedroom to watch TV. Layout much better than Deluxe villas - open sitting area connecting to kitchen. Hotel water in urn provided every morning for coffee and tea. Wifi signal was good.

1) When we arrived pool was dirty - then it turned green - we reported - chlorine was added - next day it was brown - poolacid was added - only then water became clear. Only on day of checkout pool was it properly cleaned with poolbrushes and creepy crauly. All this should be done before check in. 2) Information for room confirms daily cleaning of villa and change of linen and towels. Nothing happened - on day 4 we had to request cleaning and clean linen and towels. 3) Table cloth on table was full of stain marks on arrival - we had to request clean one. Dirt under bench . 4) Breakfasts were not good - no juice; salt and pepper; jam 5) General upkeep lacks.

最後一天，過了約定的早餐時間，卻一直沒收到早餐，反應後不到15分鐘早餐就送到房間，但餐點卻不是我們指定的。再次反應，旅館有說要補送餐點，但我們有安排其他活動，沒辦法再等，就説不用了。

We had booking for week in other villa and booked 2 nights extra in Deluxe villa - I will put comments on week long stay separately under that booking. 1) Pool had algae on arrival. 2) Layout of villa poor and odd. You have to walk through bedroom to dark small kitchen at the back. 3) Matress very old and uncomfortable. 4) TV poorly placed - hard to see TV from four poster bed - no seats/chairs for TV watching. 5) Hardly any bathroom accessories. 6) Property poorly maintained. 7) They forgot our order of breakfast on 2nd day - some staff member came and took order again.

Lo staff è sicuramente il punto forte, gentilissimi e disponibili. La camera era ampia e abbastanza pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani ok. Il bagno è parzialmente esterno quindi fanno il possibile. Prezzo competitivo e piscina come da foto

Un pizzico di pulizia in più sarebbe stata perfetta
