Prachtige tuin, vlak naast de drukke weg in het centrum maar niets van lawaai te horen. Ongelooflijk mooie rustige plek.

De jeuk van de villa was niet schoon en zwaar verouderd. Ze zijn de villa’s wel aan het opknappen, er was veel achterstallig onderhoud.

Manque des chaises longues autour de la piscine. Une douche pour 5 c’est pas suffisant

L’accueil et la gentillesse de cette famille est exceptionnel toujours prêt à vous aider , il propose egalement un très bon petit déjeuner, les villas sont très bien situées à ubud proche des attractions de la ville Ils disposent d’un chauffeur de taxi très sympathique avec qui nous avons fait une superbe exursion aux cascades autour d’ubud, nous recommandons vivement le Bali breeze

Le personnel, la verdure.

Tout, pas d'intimité, douche et toilettes en plein air porte ne se ferme pas. Odeurs du moisi partout. presence de lézards, grenouille, mystiques à l'intérieur. Séjour écourté, on est parti dans un autre hôtel.

The staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice with all the choices. Location is good, you can walk to many restarants, main sightseeing objects, shopping options, mart is near by.

We had troibles with check-in: in booking precise location is not shown. When requested info on location, it was provoded. We went there with Grab and it appeared they have wrong location, luckily our driver communicated with the staff and we finally made it. But location must be updates in the info on the bungalow. Our pool went dorty on third day of our stay and followinf threee days we just received promises to see what is going, that it will be clean again next day etc. We could use other pool but it was not what we had paid for. We had very nice garden which made the property more appealing than in the reality it is. The second floor with rooms is a bit outdated. During late hours it is a vit noisy. In the second bedroom windows are glued with a paper which doesn’t make the stay nor comfy, nor cozy. Feels like living in a cage. Fan outside works well, but it seems that it can get loose any minute, and when it will happen I hope that nobody will be around. Wi-Fi… another story of what didn’t work as supposed. In one bedroom with the glued windows there is no Wi-Fi, you can see possibility to connect, but it doesn’t work.

The outdoor area and small pool were nice, it was a good location, quiet and breakfast brought to you.

I think the villa could do with a deep clean, and it was more dated than the photos show.

Très belles villas, joli cadre Petit déjeuner: les crêpes sont top, testez aussi le riz au lait.

Un membre de l'accueil a du mal à comprendre nos souhaits (en anglais). Il semble ne pas savoir ce que c'est que le "service client", contrairement aux échanges que j'ai eu avec le patron par messages. Pas d'eau chaude dans une villa mais c'est en cours de réparation. Cuisine basique, très peu équipée. Ceci est une remarque concernant Ubud et non l'hôtel: Beaucoup trop de bouchons (trafic jam) à Ubud. Si c'était à refaire, j'essaierais de dormir dans une zone avec moins de trafic. (1h pour faire 2km....)

Best gedateerd, en niet schoon. Er zaten op zoveel plekken vuil, stof en vooral onder het bed zaten hele bouwwerken van spinnenwebben
