No le gustaron nada las instalaciones. No estaban como muestran en las fotos. La piscina estaba sucia con basura alrededor, no la pudimos usar. En cuanto a las habitaciones tenían muchas telarañas y suciedad. Las sábanas estaban sucias, manchas marrones…

La villa es enorme 4 dormitorios cada una con baño , el acceso a la playa directo en la zona del sunset , el espacio de la viviviends es enorme .. El.personal super amable si necesitas algo los chicos te ayudan en todo ...

La piscina no está muy limpia pero no hace falta tienes a la playa a 10 segundos de la villa

Better look before you book, this place maybe 5 years ago, looked like in photo . For that price it not worth it . I booked this place because of pictures on booking - as we planned some filming (part of music video) and couldn’t film anything. Villa needs some visual work done . About swimming pool, i could campare it to swim in Ganges . Its haven’t been cleaned for ages. Tnq for attention Hopefully owner will do something.

Very comfortable rooms, AC was cold and we love it comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staffs they gave us extra blankets in the evening. Very recommended

Nothing,all fantastic

This villa is absolutely stunning! It's cozy, perfectly located, and surrounded by many great restaurants. Plus, it's just 40 meters from the beach - what more could you ask for? The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The staff are very friendly and polite, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the villa.

ideal place for a group of 4 couples, large space for outdoor seating, the host Zihad was very accommodating.

THE GOOD. The on-site staff Zihad aka Z was extremely friendly (to compensate for the terrible state of the villa perhaps? Bless him, it’s not his fault but the owner’s negligence, or whoever is in charge). Z arranged good bicycles for us and a private snorkeling trip that everyone enjoyed very much. He also did his best to try and fix a couple things but unfortunately this villa is beyond shabby - a stark contrast to the beautiful photos on booking .com. Nice deco and furniture. The bedsheets and towels were clean.

THE BAD. Dirty, sandy floors in the bedrooms. Black mold on walls causing the paint to peel off. Disgusting odor in all bathrooms that smelled like B.O. Extremely dirty bathroom mats - they did not look or smell like they were EVER washed. Kitchen badly equipped, not even a hand towel. The hand towel that was given upon request was dirty! The internet kept dropping off, no internet coverage in the biggest & nicest room in the back (not a huge deal but a little bit annoying), the shower water heater and toilet didn't work either. In one of the front rooms none of the electricity sockets worked (those were fixed during our stay). The entryway to the property (which apparently is abandoned and not owned by the property) is unkept, full of trash, not lit at night, with spikey tree branches that need cutting back. There is also a dirty pool that no one is taking care of. It's a terrible sight. THE UGLY. Initially, the villa had a promising rating of 8.7 or 8.8, which is why I chose it for our 3-day family holiday. However, just two weeks before our arrival, the rating plummeted to a concerning 7.7 due to a series of negative reviews. Alarmed by the sudden drop in rating, I immediately contacted the property management to cancel the booking and request a full refund. Unfortunately, they were completely unsympathetic, citing their "cancellation policy" as an excuse to deny my request, the free cancellation period had already passed. Booking.com's customer support was equally unhelpful, choosing to side with the property instead of the paying customer. It's incredibly frustrating to see such a lack of empathy and support from a major booking platform. We were asked to "give them a chance". Valuable lesson: properties that require full upfront payment should be approached with caution, as they often prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction.

The outdoor lounge was very comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were of a good size. Location is super except for tuesdays when the cheeky monkey partiets until the middle of the night.

Things like toilet paper, coffee and tea were not refilled. When we booked, there was a swimming pool in the pictures. This did not function when we came, and no refund was offered to compensate for this. Things are a little run down, with door handles not working and such Bed sheets were not all clean.
