Great location to shops and restaurants especially if walking or goget. Great facilities, staff and management. The staff went above and beyond when medication was left in the fridge, we frantically called, they found it and they arranged a go get to bring the medication to the airport! Amazing, we were so grateful for all their service.

Difficult for cars but they can get down there it just takes a lot of time. So once you're there just walk or use bikes.

The location was perfect for getting anyway day to day. Fantastic service by Jun, very safe, quiet and safe location. Cleaning was done daily with turn down service at night and mosquito coils put out.

Laundry service is external and proceed with caution. American breakfast is average but Indonesian breakfast is beautiful.

Absolutely everything. We had the most magical time here and all the staff were extremely helpful, polite and thoughtful throughout. Ayu in particular was so much help and cooked us the best breakfast everyday as well as attending to our needs during our stay.

Everything was perfect

The property was excellent. We had our own private Buttler, who would ask us a night before what we wanted for breakfast and we would have it ready the next morning. I have no complaints about the property. It was clean, safe, quiet, and peaceful staying here.

Location, friendly staff.

Bedroom smell musky for a few days due to being closed for some time.Suggest airing out if not in use occasionaly. No contact regarding item left behind, After contacting they were apologetic, I collected the item only to discover it had been used by somebody.
