Great privacy, staff went above and beyond to help, particularly Wisnu. Awesome guy.

The stairs are very tall and slippery when it rained. Definitely need to use the railings to get up or down. Had issues with locking the room door, sorted eventually. I believe the timber beams have an insect borer issue. We kept waking up to sawdust at the foot of the bed.

The accommodation is simply wonderful: beautiful, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. You can really feel the care and attention in every detail. But what truly makes this place special is the staff… they are such lovely people, always smiling, incredibly attentive, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to help you with anything, and if any issue comes up, they handle it quickly and with the best attitude. Honestly, everything was perfect! As a little extra note (which says so much about them), I lost one of my earrings and they immediately reached out to let me know and help arrange its return. That kind of kindness means everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a beautiful experience 🤗🤗🤗🤗

C’est juste exceptionnelle qd tu arrives dans la villa tu es totalement transporté sur l’île ! Le propriétaire Sam est super agréable à l’écoute et très réactif avec nous . Le personnel est très agréablement et tjs présent au moindre besoin.
