Staff were helpful.

We had a bit of a maintenance issue that caused an interruption to private use of the treehouse. Staff though worked hard to rectify it as soon as they could.

The staff were super nice, hardworking bunch of guys - give them a raise! Breakfast was also lovely, really big portions (be mindful of this so you don't contribute to the wastage situation on the island unnecessarily).

The location was what made us a bit sad - the island is full of trash which was a total surprise, and being inland, the accommodation is basically surrounded by bits of trash (there are no governing authorities regulating mass tourism and mass wastage). You can't smell the trash, and it's visible as soon as you step foot on the island so it's not unique to the accommodation.

A true island dream! Gili Treehouse is a place filled with genuine warmth, heartfelt hospitality, and an incredible attention to detail. From the warm welcome to the daily care, every moment was infused with kindness, beauty, and effortless perfection. Everything around was simply outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. A magical place I’ll always long to return to. ✨🌴
