Honestly, my whole experience was above and beyond. It was the most memorable experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and did everything they could to help me. My butler was such a delight and really made me feel special. On arrival they had my bath running for me as they knew I had a long trip. There was also a bottle of bubbles waiting for me to enjoy and unwind. Everything about this place was spectacular and I cannot wait to come back. HUGE shout out to the team who carried my bags down and up the stairs!!! You guys work so hard and are so appreciated

That I didn't stay longer! Next time I will extend my stay so I can spend more time here. Even just sitting on my balcony watching the waves roll in.. absolutely spectacular

From the moment we were met by our Butler, Komang, who carried our bags and guided us to our Villa everything was magical. The room itself is gorgeous with many lovely decorative touches and the Ocean view enclosed with flowers and decorative pieces.took our breath away. Our room included a spa with good strong Jets which made for a very relaxing evening after a delicious meal at the restaurant upstairs. Our Butler Komang was very helpful and accommodating, bringing us anything we needed and even allowing a late checkout so that we didn't have to rush to the airport on our last evening in Bali. Breakfast was delivered to our room including delicious fruits, tea and coffee, croissants coffee and perfectly poached eggs. This was a perfect ending to our time in Bali and a memory to be treasured for years to come.

The room was musty and smelt mouldy. Minimum of 80 steps to restaurant and steep and thin walkways. Restaurant ran out of seafood and most popular dishes. Food was expensive for the quality. We left 1 day early due to steps and mustiness of room we were told to relax that it was steep.

Fantastic view, amazing service, and took very good care of me and my wife during our honeymoon. Thank you to Komang and the team for everything you did, especially setting up the nice decoration for our check-in.

Construction next door- not their fault Need to walk to hotel from several blocks away - easy but I wasn’t told you can’t get there by car
