Too congested as we were told they can accommodate 12 ppl ( we were 11 adults) Wrong it’s good for just 4 adults or may be 6 Need not keep that table tennis table for show it’s just occupying the area ( no body can play TT in that small area) Kitchen is there but after charging such a hearty amount they were asking not to prepare meals and charging extra for gas and utensils. It was so hard to reach out these ppl tried to contact many a times to the contact number provided at the booking.com site but in vain, 15000 per day for the villa is too much…. And charging extra money for every thing asked for is really wrong. Vivek the care taker was so good to talk and said we won’t charge you with gas or bonfire wood but later he simply changed, offering me that next time I’ll give u better property but please pay anything you want for the gas… Good gestures were always from Malika and Rameez

I Got a booking confirmation, half way to the property I just called them to check if everything was ok. then only he informed the property I booked is not available. And suggested another property with higher price.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a staycation at the stunning villa, and I can't express enough how absolutely wonderful my time there was. From the moment I stepped onto the property to the moment I reluctantly checked out, every single aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection. The villa itself is a masterpiece of architecture and design. Nestled in a tranquil oasis, it provided the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The attention to detail in the interior decor was evident in every room, creating an ambiance that was both elegant and cozy. The spacious living areas were tastefully furnished, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The property is too good The view is amazing All staff is supporting Inside and outside the property is clean We love the property

The only good part is the location which is far from ooty city and quiet. Had booked 2 nights stay, but due to unbearable issues, had to leave next day and stay in another property in ooty.

Everything about the property is terrible. There was no electricity most of the time, since the water tank is not overhead, the water supply runs on a pump. Without electricity there is no water supply. Toilets and flush dont work. The property construction and design is very poor, with no insulation. Heating doesnt work. The location has very poor mobile network, so contacting the host was an issue (no onsite maintenance). Although Host was trying to support from far away, due to major issues had to go myself and bring the plumber to fix stuff at late night. The security deposit collected in cash was only partially refunded, rest was promised to be refunded to my account which is still pending (at the time of this review). Due to unbearable issues, especially no water in washroom, and extreme cold due to poor construction and insulation, elderly parents and children couldnt take it anymore. So we left the property. After several long communication, We were promised to be refunded the amount for 1 day, which there is no response from them. In summary, recommend to look for other reputed properties, as they charge a premium but the property is badly designed and engineered. The staff were trying to do their best to support, but there are serious design issues that need to be sorted with a good engineer.
