Beautiful well kept villas with perfect private pools. Proper home comforts with a touch of luxury.

Beautiful property. Wonderful sunset views. In a nice area, a bit of a walk into town but very doable. Property owners are very welcoming and helpful. They left snacks in the room which were a lovely surprise. The pool was kept very clean and was great to have during the heat of our Aug visit!

Only issue we had is the upstairs shower didn’t drain well and small amounts of flooding happened on the bathroom floor… nothing that a towel or two couldn’t fix.

The location was very convenient. Was a in a peaceful & quiet area, close to oía. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He was going out of his way to provide whatever we needed.

I liked that the property was very accessible for Ammoudi Bay - and the Ammoudi Bay restaurants put on a free shuttle taxi from the hotel gates down to the bay so this was very convenient for us with young children.

I thought that the villas were a little dated and the sofa bed option was really uncomfortable - rock solid. Also we were promised free breakfast, but during our 5 night stay every day it was either not delivered or wrong - we had to sort our own breakfast delivery multiple days at our own expense. We also had an accident with our daughter while there and I asked the manager to help in notifying my husband, and he didn’t help the said he would call a doctor and didn’t. Eventually another staff member came to help and called an ambulance but we lost a lot of time because of this in a very critical situation. While the hotel is close to Oia, there is a very busy/steep/windy road to go up to Oia, and not pavements all the way so we couldn’t walk there with our children and had to drive and pay for expensive parking.

Francesco was an excellent host accommodating all our requests from taxi booking to car booking. The villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The heated pool is the best feature. Location wise it is a bit far from the main caldera so you would need a car or a 20 min walk every time. But all in all it was luxury in true sense.

A microwave could be useful. Rest everything was wonderful.
