Katharos Pool Villas

Amazing place!!! Beautiful, very spacious villa, with all the amenities, including groceries in the fridge. Great location, close to everything yet quiet and secluded, and heated private pool with the best susnset view. But most of of all is the amazing service and staff. Super helpfull, always with a smile and extra thinking. We will defiantly come back.

Location is excellent: peaceful and quiet, but only 10-15 min walk away from busy Oia centre. Francesco and Alessandro, who are part of the owner family, really did their best to be welcoming and helpul including very nice welcome basket with some food and water. The small private pool was warm so it is possible to swim there both during the day and in the evening. It was also plesant to eat breakfast partly in shade on the terrasse in front of the villa. Cleaning lady was very nice and positive always smiling. In October was possible to sea the sunset from the sun beds close to the pool. I can warmly recommend Katharos villas and if we come back to Santorini I would like to stay there again.

Most of the things were very positive. Only the sea view was on the side of the villa and was not visible from inside of the villa. In October the weather was cool, parlty clowdy and windy. There were no breakfast served, but it was possible to order a breakfast. However ordered breakfast was very small and price/quality ratio was not positive (20 €/pp), so unfortunatley I can not recommend it.

It was our anniversary trip, which had a fantastic start from the beginning thanks to the two brothers at the villa. They prepared a surprise welcome for us to celebrate our anniversary upon arrival. They were so kind and helpful throughout our stay whenever we had questions about tours and restaurants, etc. The private pool was great with a fantastic sunset view everyday, and the location is also excellent. Plus, their free e-scooter was very useful in traveling around Oia. I will definitely stay in the villa when I visit Santorini again.

Alessandro and Francesco are the two most charming hosts out there. They did such a fantastic job with Katharos Villas. Attention to details in every corner of the house is mind blowing. We loved the heated pool! The sunset view. The bed and pillows very comfortables. And the list will go on and on, but I rather invite you to book and experience it for yourself. Won’t regret it! Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely two storey villa with our own individual pool. Very comfortable beds. Nice little kitchen facilities for cooking breakfast. Alex & Fran were great hosts! very close too Oia main town and Ammoudi Bay!

big, clean, loads of complimentary which i hvnt experience in my previous accomodation, plus the owners we’re superb host. Can be easily reach thru whatsup and text message. They even offered complimentary ride going to town when we arrived. we’ll give them 10 stars. moreover, they were so kind to let us check out late in the afternoon about 4pm without additional charge. will definitely come back and recommend!!! ✅✅✅ heated pool was also one of the things that we like.

just what we needed!

Lovely quiet part of Oia between Oia harbour and Oia Town. Very comfortable villa with a heated pool/hot tub. Friendly and accommodating hosts

Downstairs bathroom could have been more luxurious. Although actual rainforest shower was great, the shower really needs a surround & sink needs attention/replacement. Minor in the scheme of things but would benefit in Andromeda villa. More solid beds though I know bed type is a preference.

The brothers were excellent hosts with an active concern for their guests.

Hot tub could have been warmer.

Great location for us, but remember that you must walk uphill to get into the main town of Oia. Francesco and Alex are awesome hosts! The welcome basket included so much food and drinks, which was much appreciated when we first arrived because we were able to have dinner at the villa, instead of going out after a long day of travel. We never ordered the breakfast because there was plenty of food in the welcome basket, and we stayed for 5 evenings. Francesco and Alex were always available if needed, as well as offering tours or rides to any destinations. Francesco even drove my husband to the grocery store after we arrived (we had to pick up a few items). As for the villa, everything was clean and the appliances/kitchen had everything we needed. Sitting by the pool or on the front porch area was relaxing, and the view was beautiful. Also, the drying rack was greatly appreciated since we hand washed our clothes (we had already been traveling earlier). Thank you, Francesco and Alex, for your generosity, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our stay! I highly recommend Kartharos Pool Villas!
