Villa Heron Ubud

Very nice and cool villa for an excellent price

Breakfast was not amazing

The property is lovely, so relaxing, clean. You really feel like you are in Bali the way the pool and gardens are set up. We loved the sound of the water fountains at night and the view of the rice terraces was great, the cooking and cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job!

It would be nice for Jimmy to introduce himself and let us know who each person would be available to help and when. We did not know the Villa had a driver until later into the stay. We were told breakfast was included each day but found out that the cook usually doesn’t come until 8 am even though our excursions started early. The Villa accommodated our earlier schedule, but upon booking the Villa, these things should be communicated/worked out. We were given a key to the property and locked up at night. The next day some seemingly random people were walking around the property without Villa Heron shirts so we weren’t sure if they were supposed to be there or not. It was a bit unsettling. Again, some general upfront, lay of the land communication from the owner, would have made the stay outstanding. We did still really love the property and overall had a wonderful stay.

Villa Heron was a great place to stay. It was very spacious and clean. The staff looked after us very well.

Perfect layout for a group holiday, lots of social space but rooms spread out enough you aren't on top of each other. Beautifully built, feels very authentic

It's beautiful in every way. A stunning setting, beautifully set up, the staff are amazing and we can't recommend enough. Absolutely loved it, its gorgeous

We loved the outlook from the villa. The peace and serenity of being next to the rice fields was a highlight for us.

The property was beautiful, serene, and comfortable for family holiday.

The bathrooms need an update, the floors were chipped. When walking to the main road (Jl Raya Ubud) needs to be extra careful because of no sidewalks.
