illegal business, complete lack of service, this hotel will soon be demolished (illegal construction) and besides that they ruined my birthday - they put me in another room and I spent 3 hours sorting it out I think the owner knows and therefore there is no control over the place and the staff, breakfast was also refused although it was stated in my payment

no hot water and breakfast, as well as a showdown over the room I booked but mistakenly accommodated other people

Very spacious and comfortable room. Its very private and close to the beach with awesome views of the water.

A water bowl outside the room for feet washing would be good :)

Amazing location right on Bingin beach and quite secluded away

Ran out of water once and hot water was a problem a couple of times

Studio room: very clean, well presented, very helpful staff and porters, soft towels, spacious, good shower.

Studio room: the thin windows meant ocean noise was surprisingly really too loud for sleeping and some water comes in during rain.
