Villa Santorini 520 by Caldera Houses

Close to everything in Oia. A bit of a climb down to the property but our Vasilis helped carry our bags down and up when we left. Property shows as the photos. The sunset was beautiful but is not seen at the property during October when we were there. To see it set you must be closer to the end of Oia and can best be seen above Amoudi Bay.

The second room did not have any door to be private with the other bedroom. With one bathroom shared the people in the smaller bedroom have to walk past the bed in the open concept bedroom.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa520 so much!! The owner was very responsive and helpful leading up to our trip. She even helped us book transportation to and from the ferry. Our concierge, Vasilis, was also wonderful. He had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He made our stay easy and smooth. Finally, the location of the villa is unmatched! Right in the heart of Oia. Beautiful view of the water and easy to walk to tons of fantastic restaurants. Would go back in a heartbeat.

What you can't see before you arrive is the EXCEPTIONAL service that will be given to your by Vasilis, the property conceirge. When they ask you in advance to arrange a transfer or anything else, take them up on the offer. Vasilis will make sure your Santorini experience is the best it can be. He greets you with a warm smile and a generous, hospitable attitude and he goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you might need. It was our friends birthday and fulfilled my advance request to have flowers and a cake upon arrival. 😃 We enjoyed that cake everyday for the entire trip by the way. Every restaurant he recommended was top notch and offered the best food and the best service on the island. When we chose our own spots we noticed a difference. Vasilis kept our party of 6 with various personalities comfortable and cared for. The cleaning staff was also exceptional. You can follow the photos, because even the beautiful ones can't truly show you the beauty of staying in Villa Santorini 520, or you can follow our advice that a beautiful villa alone does not make a great vacation. The people are what make you feel welcome and cared for. Thank you to Vasilis for truly knowing how to host international travelers. It is the combination of his personality and service along with the beauty and cleanliness of Villa 520 that makes this the perfect place to call home, away from the crowds on Santorini. 🙌 Thank you Vasilis!

Everything! It was like a dream…

All was perfect!

The location is just perfect . Vasilis, our host, was exceptional, he made sure our stay was comfortable. You go up and shopping along Oia is right there . Have your own oasis and privacy as you enter the property. Soak yourself with the amazing views of the caldera. Can’t see the sunset but a short walk towards Fanari restaurant for sunset dining was simply divine . Highly recommend private dining in the deck . You could not go wrong in this property. We totally had a great time here while in Santorini.

Well , it’s the caldera along the slope so couldn’t do much about the steps one has to take . But perhaps they could put something to grab unto while walking thru the steps would be nice .

It was in the most perfect location in Oia, the villa is secluded but right in the middle of everything. We felt welcome the minute we arrived and left. It made our entire holiday hanging out here when we weren’t travelling around the island

Great location with a beautiful view of the caldera and a heated pool. The Villa was extremely clean and Vasilli the caretaker was very helpful!
