Every thing was perfect,the roof has a great view !

Really beautifully designed, pictures very accurate. Very comfortable to live in, had everything we need. Finikia is a beautiful village, even closer to Oia than we were told, but much more peaceful. Cristal and the staff looked after us brilliantly and were on hand if we ever needed anything.

the space and its openness and everyone of us has its own room/bath room. Proximity to eating place especially the award winning Lefkes recommended by hotel. We had 2 meals there. Must try its Spinach Octopus Risotto. Thanks hotel for letting us check in before check in time.

The distance from road/parking to the accommodation. On arrival, our luggage were being dragged on cobblestone walkway to hotel. Hotel boy did not use a trolley with our bags. No TIPS for him on arrival day but tip him on our departure when he used trolley.

Property is really nice, good location, bus stop, restaurant and supermarket nearby. After all our bad experiences they offer Breakfast for our journey and they didn't charged the items consumed from fridge.

The commication with the host is poor. Property is REALLY hard to find. I messaged them to request pick up from airport, no answer. Messaged for directions, no answer. If you are expecting guests and your Property is hard to find, should be paying attention to messages. 3rd day of stay we woke up with disturbing noises, walls, floor shaking. The Property next to us were doing renovations. Poor management of the situation from the host, telling me that is low season and they all do this kind of work. Our all morning was ruined and couldn't enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Cero anticipation to guests needs, had to be always messaging them to ask for thing and They were taking long to answer. For example, last day when we came back from a tour at 10pm I had to messaged her to ask how was the procedure for check out because no instructions were giving and we were leaving next day at 8am. Door's locks are old and rusty, hard to open and close them. Poor lighting on the way to pool. Second day came back at 11pm and wanted to use the pool facilities but the lights were not working So we couldn't enjoy it.

The spaciousness of the unique and well appointed decor was what we wanted to experience.

It was a bit of a trek with luggage into the village location, but it’s a trade-off for the vernacular and authentic village cave setting. However, help with luggage was provided by Sophia Finikia.

The villa is located 20 minutes away from Oia town and the view is pretty. The staffs were also very helpful. If you book a transfer with them, they will handle your luggages to the villa, which is more convenient as there are a lot of stairs in that area.

The only thing is that the villa is a bit dark at night and there were quite a lot of ants and insects at the outside area. But the rooms are fairly cleaned.

Really loved the whole place, I was lucky enough to book after they'd had a cancellation, the main room is huge, great amenities, the pool is very private and really lovely to hang out in the whole roof area. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Must mention a special thank you to Stavros, who really helped me get booked and settled in on Saturday evening.

Nothing everything was really great.

Space pool

Dangerous. The entrance steps and steps to the rooftop pool were uneven and slippery. The kitchen microwave or oven didn’t work. The sky lights were intrusive. (Directly over the toilets)
