Staff was very friendly. Nice place. Many green plants. Palm tree in the bathroom. Park and pool were clean. The room was also always neatly arranged

I asked for lactose free breakfast before our arrival, but they only could provide us things from eggs (scrambled eggs, omelets). And only coffee (without dairy free milk) or tea (only black) can be ordered,only one. And one jouice. No fruit was provided like in a continental breakfast. I bought bread and dairy free milk for me. Room was noisy, we woke up when it was raining. And every night was a party so no sleep until 11-12pm.

we loved the set up and personal touches by the the staff. the meals prepared by Ani were amazing- the best Indonesian food we have had on this trip!

the property is fantastic but it could be noisy from neighbouring properties/events. this is no one’s fault but did impact our rest at times.
