Villa Maresia Dourada

Sehr tolles Haus an der Algarve nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hatte ein Badezimmer schön ausgestattet und es gab auch noch ein Extra WC mit Dusche. Schöner Pool und auch Indoor genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich eine tolle Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr gut und freundlich. Supermarkt wenige Minuten entfernt, allerdings etwas teuer. Einen sehr tollen günstigeren Supermarkt gibt es in Amação de Pêra: Continente Bom Dia, dieser ist ca 15 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto und es zahlt sich jedenfalls aus, dort die Einkäufe zu erledigen.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Vielleicht könnte man noch anschreiben, wo man den Müll entsorgen kann.

Property was in an ideal location with the beach a short walk and restaurants near by. The hosts were the best I have dealt with. They were so accommodating and responded to any query’s in minutes.

Villa was very spacious with 2 dining areas and 4 good sized bedrooms. Kitchen was slightly small for a big family but there were lots of crockery and utensils and a dishwasher. The pool was a great size with plenty of loungers and pool towels were also provided. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby within walking distance. The bathrooms were beautiful with hot showers and plenty of towels for the week. Beds were comfy and the area is generally quiet and peaceful with the beach only a 5 minute walk. Very good free WiFi. The host was very responsive and helpful.

It would be useful on a self-catering holiday to have essentials like a kithen cleaner, bin bags, salt and pepper, cleaning cloths. Bring your own as none is provided and the supermarket nearby is very expensive. The pool table has seen better days and some of the balls are missing but the children enjoyed it nonetheless. There is no table tennis as depicted in the photos.

Location was good Out of season so limited bars & restaurants were open but was fine for us Uber taxi service was great More nightlife in Albufeira if that's what you would like young ones with us did this Lovely decking walk to next town Armação de Pêra we did this few times takes about an hour each way Beaches are beautiful friendly locals Supermarkets in walking distance Jose the Manager who we had contact with very helpful

Villa definitely needs updating eg painting walls skirting boards etc they were all discoloured which gave the appearance of not being clean new outside furniture some decking and slabs were broken Bedroom patios were not tidy full of weeds and broken furniture so couldn't sit and enjoy the sea view i understand they had few days of bad weather but no excuse when renting out a property it should be perfect Had some good weather when there didn't use BBQ as wasn't clean and didn't want to spend a lot on cleaning materials No table tennis as in pictures had football table which was rusty and pool table was ok

The location was superb for beach & restaurants. Villa was very spacious & had everything we needed. Bathrooms have clearly been refurbished to a really good standard - hairdryer in every bathroom - unheard of! Beds were comfortable so we slept well. Highly recommend & would stay again!

Great location loads of room for the six of us. Very secure with locked gate at front and back. We could leave the property by a door off the pool onto the beach road or leave through front door into Ubers which were easy to get to go into Albuferia. Has everything you need for a Villa holiday with loads of dishes cutlery etc and dishwasher a great bonus. Very comfy beds and good showers.

On a main road which was busy at times

Amazing location, amenities and the space of the property. The maintenance of the pool was incredible with the maintenance team checking on it every other day. We were also lucky to be able to attend the full moon party!

The pool table and the table football are in need of modernisation.

Good facilities and plenty of room for 7 adults. Lovely pool, bbq and areas for socialising. Also great location near a lovely beach with great restaurants.

Lack of cleaning materials like dish cloths, washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc. A little bit of maintenance is required on the building but nothing major and did not detract from a great holiday.
