Villa Maresia Dourada

Location was superb close to the beach and restaurants. Outside space at the villa was lovely and the pool was excellent. The villa was well furnished and comfortable.

The villa could do with painting throughout to freshen up the inside.

Nothing really

Lovely house. The beach is at the end of the street which you can see from the house. Has a few restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Spacious house. Has a pool table. Pool can be heated. Private. Very comfortable beds and lovely rainfall showers. Decent kitchen. Buses, although infrequent go either towards albufeira or towards the algarve shopping mall.

We arrived late in the evening, a welcome pack with perhaps tea/coffee/snack & some information about the local area would have been appreciated. Also we were there in ‘winter’ , a couple of umbrellas by the door could be useful on the rainy days. We had a bit of confusion over pool heating which got resolved, heating the pool was definitely worth it. Pool ladder needs to be fixed/removed, is unsecure. If the keys could be labelled it would help not having to try them each time before you get the right one. Tv instructions would also be helpful. Most of these are minor issues that are easily fixed and would make the stay exceptional.

Clean, convenient for family beach holiday.

Great location and communication excellent. Near bars, restaurants and supermarket and short walk to the beach. Local bus on doorstep. Nice poolside and loungers. Comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen equipment for self catering.

Tiles missing in pool, needs a little TLC.. traffic noise but we're from a country location so maybe not an issue for some. Lack of essential items eg bin liners, washing up liquid and every day essentials.

Overall very good areas, with everything we need.

The kitchen need a bit of refurb, and the small pest insects needs action.

everything you need is there, iron, hair dryers, coffee machines, washing machine, dishwasher and lots of dishes cutlery and cooking utensils. nice layout to the villa and a bathroom for every bedroom, outside area is very nice with the plants and birds.

decking is coming up in places and could do with replacing. Bathroom/ wet room flooded very quickly, drains might need unclogging.

The outside space was good but the decking area needs repairs and the swimming pool although was clean and warm it had of loose tiles. The bathroom to the forth bedroom needs up dating.
