The Aruna Villa by Purely

Cudowna cicha okolica a jednak blisko centrum. Willa w zamkniętej przestrzeni z basenem w pięknym ogrodzie. Gospodarze mieszkają obok i opiekują się wszystkim. Fajne było to że chcieliśmy najpierw na 7 kawę a dopiero na 8 śniadanie. Polecamy Pancake! Dony jest też taksówkarzem i odebrał nas z lotniska oraz zawiózł w góry po wakacjach w ubud. Dony załatwił też nam motor pod drzwi.

Donny & Denny hosts were lovely & accommodating - breakfast was delicious - walking distance to town but we used scooter or Donny drove us - lovely pool in a quiet area

Nothing - it was great

Smuk have og huse. Virkelig dejlig pool som er stor og perfekt to afkøling og leg. Dony som driver stedet er enorm hjælpsom, venlig og ligger en ære i at gæster får den bedste oplevelse.

La villa está ubicada en un pequeño oasis dentro de Ubud con una piscina casi para ti solo. Y la hospitalidad de Dony y su mujer sin duda lo mejor, te facilita todo lo que necesites en cuanto a alquiler de moto, o realizar un tour.

Todo genial.

Aruna villa is a beautiful villa in ubud, the location is good if you like to walk (25min from city center). The area is calm. The host family are kind and friendly, Dony the owner can drive you to visit the places you are planning to do, you can send message on the booking and let him know before your arrival. We highly recommend to booking and stay there. We got Honeymoon flowers and welcome drink. Good wifi available

Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Fehler von dem Manager oder Besitzer auszugleichen. Gemütliche Betten. Freundliches Personal.

Wir hatten 2 Villen reserviert! Eine Stunde vor der Ankunft (abends) bemerkten wir, dass der Manager die Anzahl der Villen auf Booking nicht aktualisiert hatte. Kurz gesagt, wir haben nur eine Villa bei der Ankunft bekommen und eine Erwachsene Person durfte auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen. Entschädigung: 1/3 des Preises! Und wir sollten uns glücklich schätzen, dass wir die Matratze kostenfrei erhalten haben. Der Manager war recht unverschämt...telefonisch hat er mich ignoriert und so getan, als ob keine Verbindung wäre...als ich das lokale Handy an den Mitarbeiter vor Ort zurückgab, konnte der Manager frei reden...den Manager darf man gerne austauschen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort können natürlich nichts dafür. Habe wieder eine Erfahrung gemacht.
