Villa Ubud Heart - Walkable Private Villa in Ubud Centre

Location is perfect and villa was very clean. Owner was extremely helpful with organizing transportation and food recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting ubud.

Near restaurants, big rooms, clean, comfortable common living and dining area, good aircond.

Irregular hot water supply for showers, Jl Kajeng too narrow for vehicles to easily drop off passengers.

Location was perfect, Maria was lovely and very responsive when we needed anything. The restaurant out the front was great and overall we loved it. We have 3 teenage kids and everyone was comfortable and happy there.

There was a minor issue with ants in one of the bedrooms but Maria arrived within 5 mins, sorted it out and we never saw the ants again. There was also an issue on the first day with the electricity (they had a new system and they were having teething problems) but Maria and her husband came immediately and tested and stayed until it was sorted out. Totally normal travel experiences with exceptional customer service.

Beautiful open plan living areas but private bedrooms and bathrooms! The location was wonderful and Maria was a lovely host.

Nothing, everything was excellent - maybe not for those that don't appreciate such direct exposure to Bali's animals, critters, noises and wake-up calls

The host really made us feel extremely welcome and helped us out so much to book activities and transport! So lovely and friendly

Perfect serene tropical oasis , loved that the team could bring us food from their restaurant, so felt like we had room service when ever we wanted.
