Villa Ubud Heart - Walkable Private Villa in Ubud Centre

The location, privacy, self contained with a great little restaurant/cafe attached.

A great traditional feel but with western fitout. The location was fantastic and we loved watching the stalls set up every morning while we ate out delicious smoothie bowls. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

We couldn't get the projector screen to work... Netflix wouldn't stream and we didn't have anything else downloaded. We could have asked our host... but we didn't really need it anyway.

Fantastic villa is great for families in a very central location. Our host Maria was very kind and caring and looked after our every need. Great for two families could sit and relax whilst watching the kids in the pool. Bustling Street but quiet in the villa. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

Good central location close to everything. The rooms were nice but lacked basics like bedside tables and bedside lamps. The shower was good.

The cost was too expensive for what it was. There was no welcome we had to pick up keys from a guy on a market stall outside. There was a lack of glasses to use, no tea towels and no hdmi cable for the outdoor screen. The kitchen sink leaked over the floor.

Good location in the heart of Ubud with lot of attractions and eateries nearby within walking distance. Good rustic style villa. Staff are friendly. Happy to stay here again in future.

Could do with better maintenance of common area i.e the living, dining and kitchen area.

a lovely location

we stayed 2 nights with a family of 5. The villa is in the middle of a market street and consists of multiple rooms around a pool/ garden. What we liked: - spacious - lovely pool and garden - friendly people and staff - lovely pets - fruit as a welcome gift

what we didn’t like: - humidity in the rooms, it smelled like mould - thick, fluffy mould growing on the bathroomwalls - the bathroomsink didn’t drain (very slowly) - all, but one bed, very saggy and soft Way too expensive for what it is!

Location is excellent, right in the middle of it all and yet super private and quiet. Ubud has notorious traffic issues and we have always stayed out of Ubud a bit but this was so awesome to be right in the heart of Ubud. Family who look after you (as Villa is at the back of their home ) are so lovely. They have cute cats and dogs and koi fish, great food from the restaurant, it can be delivered to your table! They came in everyday to clean up after us all and the place was very tidy. Our bed in Poise room was super comfortable. Pool was smallish but deep and perfect for a cool down. We would definitely stay here again. Maria and her family were excellent hosts.

I can’t think of anything I could say that disappointed us. We were 2 families and we just had a brilliant time!

Maria was such an amazing host. Very responsive to my messages and questions. Super nice and accomodating.

Maybe providing or letting guests know ahead of time that they will need outlet adapters if our outlets do not match the country's outlet/voltage. Ants/bugs sort of surrounded the rooms, but the raid spray they provided helped and you can always request to have the rooms cleaned.
