Sehr geräumig. Hell. Sauber. Kuschelig.

Eine Toilette funktionierte nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr. Bei einer 2. musste das Wasser abgestellt werden nach der Spülung, da das Wasser sonst die ganze Zeit gelaufen wäre. Unser Auto passte leider nicht auf den Hof.

Cleanliness, size and location. 5 people staying, plenty of hot water, always important.

A minor moan but not enough pillows and a replacement set of towels for a 7 day stay would be an improvement.

"Great location, don't believe the parking"

Location can't be beaten, Parador is just perfect to explore Nerja

Unfortunately a very dated villa, and not a chance you can park a car in the drive (see photo). If your car is longer than 3m, forget it. We booked because of parking and ended up paying an extra €140 to park the car safely. Don't understand why they don't state this..

"Mooi gelegen villa, echter is aan nodige interieur vervanging toe."

De locatie is lekker dichtbij het centrum. Vlak bij restaurants, winkels en strand.

De bedden zijn super hard, diverse buitenverlichting doen het niet, Het zwembad is 's avonds niet verlicht. De inrichting is vrij oud en heeft wel de nodige remake nodig. Parkeren is echt een hel. Er is totaal geen parkeergelegenheid. De straat is druk maar de ramen zijn wel goed geïsoleerd voor het geluid. Schoonmaken van de vloer is een must. De 1e dag kregen we al vieze sokken omdat er niet gedweild lijkt te zijn. Zitbanken zijn doorgezakt en niet comfortabel. Onderhoud in het hele huis is wel een advies, airco wat lekt, badkamer weinig licht en rolluiken die moeilijk openen en sluiten. Let wel op als je de trap op of af gaat met koffers want de bocht vd trap is kort en best gevaarlijk.

"Lovely property, bright and airy with great facilities in an excellent location."

Location was great and well located with short walk to local town and beaches. Great size with plenty of living space for families.

The off-street parking wasn’t big enough to park a small/medium size family vehicle, so had to park in street which was always busy and difficult to find a parking space
