Location is just over the bypass and a 15min walk to the beach. If you enjoy walking it’s a good location. This is a stand alone Villa that has a Villa attached to the front of the property. The property is private and secure. The Housekeeping staff are wonderful and attentive. They prepare your breakfast each morning and you select from 2 options, these options change each day. You receive a plate of fresh cut fruit each day with your breakfast. Housekeeping can clean each day, however as we are tidy/clean people this wasn’t necessary. Located at the bottom end of the tourist part of Sanur. As we enjoy walking we walked each day, however crossing the bypass was a bit of a challenge. The Villa decor is quirky and if you have OCD it can be challenging 🤣 The decor is a mixture of African, Balinese and Art Deco. The photos need to be updated on Booking.com We found the lounge area over crowded as they have put in a large single arm chair. This made it difficult to access the lounge/day bed as the table was pushed against it. The aircon downstairs stairs needs to be replaced, it only slightly cools the room. We didn’t request them to fix it as we were only there for a few days and we were out most of the day. They have everything you need if you are planning to cook whilst staying. They even have a cot in the bedroom although I wouldn’t recommend a baby to stay here as it’s not child safe due to stairs, can’t lock the door to the pool/outside area. If your looking for somewhere to stay and be away from the tourist area this is the place for you. Pricing was inline for what you get compared to other places I have stayed in Sanur.

We attended the address to collect keys as per instructions. Upon arrival we couldn’t find anyone and a neighbour came out and he contacted them and we received a message for the gate codes x2 then the keys were in a box secured at the front door. I feel this should have been communicated better as we held up our driver whilst trying to sort this out and get access.

Was a bit shocked when I arrived. Villa and pool are a lot smaller than the pictures look. ( like a tiny house with a bedroom on top ) but after settling in and finding everything, it was great. Perfect for one person and everything provided. Good price for a villa in sanur. Scooter was available on site when I arrived and the girl who brought me breakfast was lovely.

Need transport for restaurants and beach but I knew this when I booked. Highly recommend for solo transport or couple but probably not for a family.

Facilities are pretty good. 3 Breakfast options were given via Whatsapp before the next day. Location is easily identified. The pool can reach a maximum depth of 1.8m.

The location is slightly away from famous sites and may require transportation.

This place is amazing…it has a gorgeous little private pool and outdoor area. Its decor is so unique and makes you smile. It’s like a loft as you have the bedroom upstairs with an ensuite and also a bathroom and kitchen downstairs. The location is a little way back from the main beach but grab is ready available. Pro tip get the correct address otherwise drivers will struggle to find it. Thank you I’ll be back!

Villa was very clean and spacious. Well equipped with a full kitchen, including a coffee machine. Pool was absolutely gorgeous, a big bonus. Located away from the hustle and bustle, but still in a convenient area.

Some issues with checking in when the staff was not at the meetup location; fortunately my driver was able to call them to sort it out. Signs of wear and tear showing in the furniture.

For the price we paid the villa was very good. We liked that they provided Beach Towels and a selection of breakfast options each morning. The lady who delivered our breakfast every day and cleaned our room was very punctual and polite.

Sometimes the hot breakfasts arrived cold, there was no afternoon tea as advertised and we kept finding ants everywhere - not just on the floors and around food as you'd expect but in the beds and coming out of bathroom vents. For a family of 4 (2A/2C) having a single bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs (in the main bedroom) was inconvenient. A double sofa bed downstairs would be better for families.

Well presented. Great us of a small space. Perfect for our overnight stay in Sanur. Close to great restaurants! They made us breakfast extra early to accommodate our early departure

This property has everything you need, small cozy nearby the supermarket, the owner is very helpful, staff wayan was very helpful and always checking if we’re okay. It had swimming pool, laundry, kitchen. Good location in Sanur, close to the beach and other shops.

The villa is very well kept, and the staff are communicative and friendly. Ideal if you're looking for privacy and would like a break from the usual hotel stay.

The location isn't the best, but still very close to the beach area on foot. We would have liked to have fresher coffee - there is a good machine that guests can use but the coffee provided was tasteless.

We have stayed in many bali villas but have never felt such 'homely' vibes as we did here. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff are such lovely welcoming people. There is a very good Chinese resteraunt just up the road, a mini mart and ice cream store too. A long walk into main Sanur area but very cheap and quick to get a scooter in, we used grab app. The pool and villa very clean and the upstairs shower was great. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was one of a kind, just perfect. Also had a regular cat visit at the door which was nice.

Downstairs bathroom no hot water in shower and toilet didn't flush well but the upstairs bathroom more than made up for that - not a problem unless your really fussy.
