The property itself is very nice very clean and very quiet. Having our own pool was an absolute bonus.

The location is not the greatest. It’s on the other side of the road from all the main shops and interesting areas. A bit far away. And you have to go up a alleyway to get to it.

It was a lovely clean apartment. Staff were great and breakfast made fresh and brought to you every morning at the time you choose.

The sofa bed is a bit of a stretch. It wasn’t really a bed but we made it work.

Beautiful villa! Tiny but that doesn’t matter, because we did spend a lot of time at the beach of Sanur. The house is very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and the serve a delicious breakfast. We easily could have stayed here longer

It’s a 15 minutes walk to the beach. We loved out daily walk to the beach, but you have to cross one very busy street. There are traffic lights, so it’s not a dangerous. If you not fond of walking you can easily take a taxi or Grab.

Really cute and comfortable property that feels like it’s been put together with some thought and care. Comfy bed and good linens. Pool is shaded and cool. Housekeeper was lovely

I have two issues ; 1. The road noise. I was concerned about the location but was reassured by the other reviews that said it was quiet. It wasn’t quiet at all. The road noise from the bypass is intrusive, particularly at night and only calms down for a few hours. Bring ear plugs. 2. I used my credit card to reserve the booking and expected to use it to pay for the accommodation as I had done in every booking I’ve ever done. Not so. I received a message from “Adam” that he only accepted payment by cash or bank transfer which had not been previously communicated since the booking was made and also not mentioned within the booking. I don’t know about you but I don’t tend to carry a spare 5 million rupees just in case so has to muck around changing money over which is not the case me of the world but was just hassle I didn’t need or expect.

- they have a kitchen with everything and also a washing machine - friendly staff - the pool is really nice, not big but enough so you can refresh

- the location, is far from the beach and it’s difficult to walk to the beach because of the main street. You can cross only in certain places (we mostly used Grab to go to the beach) - there is no sign outside the villa so you identify it and the main gate looks odd - lot of stairs to go to the dormitory

The host was very friendly and provided simple yet tasty breakfast. They were very responsive and checked how we were doing periodically. The property has a nice aesthetic that incorporates local Bali architecture. The location is close to a money changer and convenience store.

The first floor has a lot of mosquitoes. We got bit by mosquitoes several times as a result. The water in the upstairs bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) was very weak, and we were afraid to use the downstairs restroom because of the mosquitoes. Also, the hot water control for the upstairs shower is very sensitive, and switches from cold water to hot water abruptly with no temperatures in between. Also, the place is missing a microwave.

The villa is absolutely stunning and having a private pool is definitely a bonus. Interior is beautiful, bedroom especially featuring warm tones and carved details. The bed was extremely comfortable and extra pillows is a plus. Check in was very smooth, we were greeted by two lovely girls that gave us a tour around villa and took breakfast order that was delivered the next day. Initially we had villa booked for 2 nights but spent only one bacause our flight was after midnight. We found breakfast to go in the fridge for our journey. We didnt ask and it was such thoughtful gesture, thank you! Location is great, walking distance to the beach and wide range of shops if you are looking to buy gifts

I hate to be critical, but water pressure in showers is a little weak
