The perfect location to visit this part of Greece. A perfect house, garden, balcony and terrace all with amazing sea view. The host Konstantinos is the kindest person you will ever meet, gives you a welcome present and responds promptly to any request you might have. Pure comfort in an amazing environment!

The property was terrific and the location was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner, Costandinos was extremely kind and attentive. We highly recommend this property.

My family and I, including our 2-year-old, had an amazing stay at this apartment in Tolo, Greece. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the water. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with two large bedrooms, a great kitchen, and a comfortable living room. We especially loved the two terraces, which provided shade at any time of day, making it perfect for relaxing or enjoying dinner while watching the sun set over the sea. The shower is new and in great condition, and we felt right at home with everything we needed readily available. Konstantinos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we wanted and more. It was a perfect, peaceful stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet retreat right on the beach in Tolo, this is the place to be!

Nothing, it was really great!

The sea was very close, you could bathe in about a minute's walk. There was a wonderful view from the rooms and terrace. The host is very kind and gave us unexpected things. Packages of mineral water, wine in the refrigerator, washing up liquid, washing powder, everything we could imagine. In the end, Konstantinos didn't come to check, but to give a parting gift. Thank you!!! A will recommand this hause for evyrone!

Since the harbor was close, there was litter on the street, but this is not the fault of the accommodation and the host. This would be just a little attention to the municipality of Tolo. Inside, the main street of the village is very beautiful and bright.

Everything was excellent! Located at the quieter end of Tolo next to the harbour, the property has a really well equipped kitchen and everything you need for perfect holidays. The shower was great and we used the washing machine several times. The villa is very close to the beach and close to many great tavernas and bars. There is generally parking available in the car park next to the villa but in busy times it has its own private parking space close by. When we arrived we were greeted by Konstantinos who made us feel very welcome and showed us round the villa. The last part he showed us was the upper balcony at the front with its magnificent view over Tolo bay. Everything was very clean, all the furniture was good quality and the place is tastefully decorated. As well as the balcony at the front there is a large entertaining area at the side and back which was superb and we used it a lot. We never needed to pay for sunbeds on the beach as we just came back to the villa after swimming in the sea. Konstantinos is an excellent host and he gave us lots of useful local information. We didn’t need to contact him much but when we did he responded in double quick time. He also provided a nice welcome pack of a few food and drink items as well as a nice leaving gift. He is such a nice man and always so helpful. We would like to send him our thanks again and I am sure we will return to Casa Olive soon.

The property has everything you need for perfect holidays. It’s close to the beach, close to all tavernas and close to a parking. When you enter the accommodation, you have a feeling like you are the very first guest. Everything is very clean, equipped with good quality furniture and designed with great taste. It even smells like new! If there is anything you could potentially need, it is in the house. There was not a single item we would be missing or we would have to ask for. There are two terraces, where you can relax and spend your time. Konstantinos is the best host you can imagine. He gives you the best tips regarding food and activities, he makes you feel at home and he is always smiling! You can see how happy he is if you spend a great time in Tolo. Thank you for everything and I am sure we will come back again!

There is nothing I could complain about. The street can sometimes get a bit noisy due to motorbikes, but with windows closed, you hear almost nothing.

We stayed at Casa Olive for a week. This is a well renovated & appointed apartment. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Close to the beach and near shops & restaurants. Konstantinas was a fine host, and provided us with lovely gifts on our arrival and departure.

We loved everything about this property the beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have fantastic views over the bay. the house has two seating areas with views of the sea, and a sunbathing area with views as well, we enjoyed eating outside looking at the lovely view. The house is clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen, although we had snacks and takeaway pizza and ate out at the many local restaurants. Konstantinos was brilliant, he greeted us at Casa Olive and showed us round, he arranged a thoughtful welcome pack of essentials and gave us some info on the best restaurants, , we had his number in case we needed to contact him or ask a question. The TV had Netflix which was great and the WiFi was excellent. It really was a lovely holiday, We hired a car at Athens airport and the drive was easy and took about two hours, Konstantinos has a private parking spaces and there is a free car park as well. We used it as a base to visit Mycenae and Nafplio and Epidavrus and also sunbathed on the patio.
