TV line off, staff told me earlier the line was off, but it was not a big deal. Hot water only in the shower, bathtub has no hot water.

Exceptional staff who were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.

My recent stay at this resort left me with mixed feelings. While the location and potential of the place are great, the actual experience fell short. The room door didn't close properly, which allowed insects to easily find their way inside, making the stay quite uncomfortable. The kitchen facilities were also disappointing. The kettle inside was so dirty that we couldn't even make a simple cup of coffee. Overall, with some improvements in maintenance and cleanliness, this place could be much better. I hope they address these issues for future guests.

Bath was filthy. Lots of ants. Pool looked dirty. Heaps of roosters calling.

I love how secluded this property is, it’s a little far out to get to the main centre of Ubud I would recommend hiring a bike. Overall the pool was clean , and waters were replaced everyday.

being in the middle of the rainforest things like geckos, mosquitoes, frogs, spiders etc are to be expected not the biggest deal. The roosters go off at the crack of dawn so say goodbye to your sleep !

Location of Villa was beautiful in the natural surroundings.

A lot of what is said that is offered is not, and I was not informed of this until after the booking was made. I receive a message stating that they don't offer a lot of what is said is offered such as: 1- Laundry 2- transfer 3- breakfast 4- spa 5- TV not working All not offered, despite it being a part of why I chose the villa.

The place it’s very dirty and The bed is full of dust and bugs and The towels are not very clean Very frustrating things I don't recommend it

Nature environment.

Shower water too weak, overall condition a bit shabby. Linen was stained.

all is so good,i wondering why alot of people give bad review to this villa?,there is ofcourse hot water for wash,pool is super clean if it is not clean its just little bit because it's in the middle of forest so it's not because of the villa... the staff is so good and nice!!,all is good and clean,nothing wrong!!

in bath tub we can't close it,so the water keep going out and can't full...sadly :(( but overall its all sooo good!! good job, keep going!!!
