The breafast so poor and cold

It was difficult to find the hotel and when I did the staff were all wondering around aimlessly looking lost and completely unbothered that I was a guest stood there with my luggage ready to check in. I had to ask two of them whether I could check in and then when I asked for the wifi so I could work they ignored me I had to physically walk over several times and repeat myself - I don’t believe there was a language issue the woman serving me was just impossibly rude. The room was right off the reception so no real privacy - and the bedding didn’t smell good. Essentially the whole thing was so weird and strange and I felt like such a spare part that we left straight away and booked somewhere else thank god we did because it was amazing. I would strongly strongly strongly advise people to avoid this place.

The building and property surrounds were amazing. Enchanting quirks such as hidden doors and ancient lost city, beautiful pools and river outlook

The app where you order food and services, whilst advanced and a great business move, it took away the personable feel. Staff seemed to be still getting used to it possibly.
