The pool

It's not a castle the pictures lie! We had booked for 4 nights and left after 1 (too long) From the start the reception lady was rude and uninterested. The room was small, the floor creaked so bad, there were no curtains that blocked light and the air conditioner unit was terribly noisy. The bathroom was very dirty and had exposed wires and a hose spout for a shower, no head. The hot water in the sink didn't work, and the tap was dodgy. Only the pool was good except for the light hanging off a wire under the water! Terrible. We had contacted earlier re Nyepi and never received a reply, glad we weren't stuck there.

Beautiful property. Really enjoyed the fun performance held in the grounds.

The very interesting “design” or architecture. Very curious. Lots of pools, great! Room service and food deliver.

I’m not sure, I guess the staff was somewhat there but not very attentive.

I did like the personal is so friendly and kind, so the beautiful place with amazing views, being in the middle of nature is relaxing

The breakfast was very small

Loved staying at this unique property. Big clean rooms. The lobby, dining area looks like a movie set. So relaxing enjoying the pool and hot spa with artistic details and jungle river view.
