Good location, lots of space and cheap house

Not specific to the house but mosquito repellent is a must as this area(as expected of hot places) seems to have quite a bit of mosquitoes and some cockroaches that we took care of.

De ruimte in het huis zwembad grootte ( niet verwarmt) maar bij 22 graden warmt het wel lekker snel op.

De aankleding comfort vooral in de buuten ruimte bij bbq weinig benodigdheden Bijvoorbeeld een kleine koelkast zou al ideaal zijn. geen lekker stoelen om aan te zitten Erg basic

Lo que no me gusto es que no había mucho mantenimiento de la piscina, tampoco había una fregona en condiciones y muy malas almohadas

La maison était propre très bien équipée. Et surtout climatisé les différentes terrasses étaient un plus avec une terrasse de la chambre du haut qui donner une superbe vue sur le rocher de Calp. Et bien sûr la piscine qui a ravi toute la famille

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé le seul b mol ce sont le épines de Pins qui tombaient dans la piscine

A lovely villa with good facilities, clean and amazing views - could see fireworks from the upstairs balcony. We appreciated the different areas around the property e.g. lower level sitting area, BBQ area and upstairs balcony. It was easily to access local supermarkets and the main roads via car without having to head too far into town. Well located to search the wider area both north and south - stunning scenery. Could fit 2 cars in car port - just (one was a fiat 500)! Easy walking distance to the Old Town - quite a trek to the main beaches and seafront. Excellent air conditioning. Lovely lounge area and indoor dining room - felt like being in a Mamma Mia movie!

Brings towels as there only 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel provided per person. There were no cleaning products available on site so had to buy these in order to clean the property ourselves. The outside shower was useful as there was only one shower in the property. The main bedroom bed was hard - my partner loved it but too hard for me! There are a LOT of gnats and mosquitos so come prepared! There is a very steep hill to walk back up to the villa. DO NOT USE OKMobility Car Hire!!!

Lovely villa , nice and clean . Pool did get a lot leaves from the tree but it was no bother cleaning it . Very clean inside the villa has nice big rooms and comfy beds. , fully equipped everything we needed . Beautiful sea views from the bedroom balcony , watch the sunrise in morning stunning!!! 🧡

The Neibours behind the villa told us to be quiet when my sons aged 24 and 13 where playing ball in the pool at lunch time on our second day .. so for the rest of the week we were mindful not to make too much noise … Local town about 20 mins walk which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues there’ are steep hills .The electric cut out one evening just push in the green button in the box and it comes back on again

Even though we had to wait until 5pm to collect the keys, the office is conveniently located in the centre of Calpe and the reception staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with.

The location is good, in a quiet urbanization however, it is at least a 25 minute walk to the centre of Calpe and even further from the main beach. We travelled with elderly parents so we ended up either driving or getting a taxi when heading out. Nothing the hosts can do about this but it was slightly misleading on the location details to say it is close to the main amenities.

It was absolutely stunning , it was extremely clean , the gardens were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped , we are definitely coming back

Loved the location.

Wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with seasonings, water, etc. Tv was rather small. Main bedroom was great but the other two rooms wouldn’t be great for other adults since they are only furnished with single beds. Not much privacy from neighbors but that could just be bc of the layout of the city. Poolside furniture could use a bit of an update as well as living room furniture.
