The view is very pretty The staff is kind There is ample parking space The shower water is hot and has sufficient pressure, although it runs out fast. The furniture was new, the WC was in a good state too. Not enough to cancel out the problems.

Everything is damp and badly ventilated. It is so damp it makes the bed feel humid and uncomfortable as well. It made my nose get stuffed and made me feel sick. There is mould on the walls and all over the ceiling. The room absolutely needs a makeover: Paint falling off because of mould, cracked walls, the bed canopy needs changing too as it now has mould as well. The lighting is terrible. It is a very dim white light bulb, situated far up on the ceiling. The secondary lightning is there too, but barely visible. I have Christmas trees lights that are way more intense than that. The road to get there is very steep and dangerous! It is completely in disrepair, cracks and loose rocks everywhere, some sections are only soil. Together with the steepness, it becomes dangerous for motorbikes. We almost fell going out a couple of times. This is not strictly only Lingga's fault, as it is a shared road with several other hotels, but is something I will very much look into next time I want to choose a place in Kintamani, and is a deal-breaker. Get together with the other hotels and repair that road! The fountain in the pool runs 24 hours a day. Even at night you have the sound of water instead of just silence, in one of the most peaceful places in Bali, for no reason. I have my doubts that the pool water is from a hot spring as it wasn't hot at all when we tried it. For this reason nobody was using it at night, so no reason to keep the fountain going.

Beautiful view, helpful and friendly staff, cozy cabin. Some very cute cats live there and will try to get into your cabin. Good Karma Warong nearby is one of the best we’ve eaten in so far.

Road to property is pretty rough in spots. Also, it’s a problem across the area, but expect to hear what sounds like a motocross race at 1am when a thousand jeeps drive up the mountain.
