It was beautiful views Owner was friendly

Facilities maybe need more look after,we book 8 rooms and one room tape was doesn’t work.

View is really good

Sorry, but it is really problem to broom room well? Long black hair on the floor and on the curtains. Curtains is dirty too. Bed linen with yellow stains. Dirty bathroom mirror and dust. And the compliment upon check-in was a caked fly in the dough.

Beautiful view, from our room we could see the Batur volcano, Mount Agung and Lake Batur, the unique appearance of the room made our stay really enjoyable, Ayu also made us breakfast The good thing is, for internet access, don't worry, because here there is also good wifi for us to work online, we really recommend this place, thank you all, we will come next time

The location up the slopes of the crater rim provided a nice view on Lake Batur and Agung volcano. There was no noise from the road. The A-frame bungalows were quite pretty and had a nice little garden with wooden platforms to relax in front of them.

There was no water in the pool and in my bungalow a bad smell of wastewater. Maybe this is the result of the prolonged drought and water shortage. The area around the restaurant and the pool is not very inviting, it looks unfinished and dirty.

Nice and quiet place with beautiful of the mountains and the lake, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and always happy to help organise activities for our stay.

The location is a bit far from anything else to go on foot, and the road to reach it by car is difficult, so some drivers might find it challenging. This means you always need to organise transport, which the staff is always happy to do. I guess it's perfect if you have your own scooter, which means you can come and go at any time. The pool was not working while we stayed, which reduced the amount of things we could do there. However, it did look quite nice and appealing to use.

Staff are extremely helpful and approachable, Gede the owner is a gentleman and will make sure everything is sorted for you. We had a moped and tours arranged for us, the room was clean, the shower was hot and Wi-Fi working good. The view is like an oil painting and the bed is super comfortable. Honestly one of the best services I've had from the staff in all of Indonesia, they bring you breakfast to the room any time you request and you can order nasi goreng or ayam at any time (and beers). Gede is always available on WhatsApp for any problems. Stay here you won't regret, the site is also very beautiful with lots of plants.

The only thing is the road to the hotel is steep, a car has problems getting to the hotel and on a moped you have to be careful, especially going downhill. Our taxi got us there but with great difficulty and I was okay with a passenger on a moped, but not the easiest of roads to manoeuvre. In terms of the hotel, it was really perfect... The room will be cold but again, it's in the mountains so you expect that, the bed is warm once inside.
