Jero Tumbuk Private Villa

The 3 bedroom villa is not as its described. It's bad. The place needs a serious deep clean - walls, windows, curtains are filthy, at least the bed sheets were clean. Only half the light bulbs work, there are cobwebs everywhere and no one had swept outside for a WHILE, meaning shoes and feet got filthy the second you wanted to walk around the pool (which was half full of leaves). The second "bathroom" is just a toilet, without a seat. The bedrooms are stacked on top of one another, but you have to walk outside and around the house to get to them,(with an umbrella if it's raining) while all the bathrooms are on the bottom floor. It rained in the night during our stay, and I (in the middle level bedroom) was woken up by the roof leaking and water dripping on me in bed. The towels, while clean, are old, thin and threadbare, need updating, and the stains on the walls, floors and curtains left the place feeling decrepit and forgotten. A shame because it could be great if the place was given some serious TLC. Overall it is way overpriced for what you get, we paid a lot less in comparative sized places in Ubud, Amed and Uluwatu and they were a lot nicer, cleaner and had better hospitality. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Very beautiful location and lovely staff. The view was really nice and surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Property is not what shown in photos. I think this property is remote and hence not a lot of people visit this place, so the property was not maintained well. However, this place might be good for a boy group of 5 or more. Not suitable for couple or family.

I liked everything, I loved the place soooo beautiful and magical, I would rate it as a lifetime experience where during my stay I couldn't decide to go out because just wanted to stay in and enjoy nature, I just stayed in. and truly appreciated the amazing staff and great food.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the villas are not located at the address indicated in the booking, we searched for 2 hours for the address and wrote to the booking and to the hotel, no one answered, by a similar name we found a hotel 10 minutes away with similar photos. Be careful. The villa was not cleaned, no one was waiting for guests, although instant booking is taking place at the booking office, which means that everything should be ready. The hostess tried to joke, but it’s not funny to look for a villa at 7 pm in the jungle at the wrong address.
