Ubud Season Villas

The villas were beautifully decorated and exceeded my expectations. The size of the rooms where huge and super comfortable. We only stayed two nights and spent most of the day visiting other places, therefore we barely used the pool, kitchen and living area, however these were amazing features for someone staying longer. Bonus: there is a supermarket nearby (walking distance). The villas area located about 15-20 min walk to Ubud center (no sidewalk). I would not recommend to walk with small kids. However I did a couple of times and was ok. You can take a Grab (Uber alternative) motorbike, which fits 1 person, and takes only a few minutes to center. The rooster is real! I heard it every morning, however did not bothered me since we had to wake up early everyday. All in all, amazing place. I highly recommended!

Really lovely villa. Beautiful outdoor and indoor area. Very clean.

Had some trouble with shower heads not working, might need replacing. Other than that all good.

Location - a little far from things but that’s to be expected

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the pool was great on a hot day, the beds were comfortable. The rooms and property were cleaned daily. There were restaurants and cafes to walk to that weren't super busy and it was more quiet than Ubud Centre. Balianese owned, the owner dances in the Kecak fire dance, so it was good to support local business!

Limited water in the rooms (if requested they refilled them but the bottles were very small), not a lot of lounging space, about a 15-20min walk to the main road with no sidewalks and very dark at night to walk. There was a musty smell in the living room and a few pests inside the rooms (but that's to be expected in a tropical environment).

Nyoman is the owner of this Villa, he respond very fast, reply promptly. We had some issues on imigresen Airport, delayed 4 hours to reach Villa. but Nyoman had prepared evrything for us. get the key within 5 mins can check in the villa. we were satisfy, as we are too tired after the long journey from airport. Breakfast was good too! and very on time. Alll staf very polite. the Nx day we manage to meet Nyoman, a very humble boss. We love the villa, the everything! the only problem is, ubud too Jam when public holiday. overall is good! Thank you for everything Nyoman n Staffs!

Two bathrooms. Friendly staff, rooms made everyday.

Kettle took 15min to boil the water and water in bottles seemed to be refilled from unknown source, so we were buying our own water.

The staff were amazing. They responded to everything we needed very quickly. The rooms were comfortable.

The living area couch was a bit hard to get comfortable on. Not enough kitchenwares if you wanted to cook your own meals. Some items missing. Ie. not enough cutlery, glasses, small plates for 4 people.
