All not as expected,

Location couldn’t be better - close to the centre of Ubud (walking distance, if you don’t mind the traffic) and with lots of cafés, restaurants and kiosks nearby.

- Too much fungus (moist) - the kitchen sink needs lime lite - the kitchen lacks utensils - Cats woke us up 2 out of 5 nights, one night one cat was crying in the kitchen (which is open) - pool had no scent of chlorine - nearby building project was noisy in the day - the last night we were woken up by a rat that was looking in one of our suitcases. It had come up from a hole in the bathroom. We covered the hole once it got back in. We had seen a rat at the premises before. Offerings and trash on the street attracks rats all over.

Very quite and plenty of space. Short walk to the Main Street in Ubud.

The water pressure was a bit weak.

Reasonable location for sights. Breakfast was nice. Pool was appreciated. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants & shop for essentials.

The whole place needed a good clean, the bathroom especially! Garden area also needed a good tidy, we cleaned the debris from the pool so we could use it.

Comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The pool is beautiful and the staff were lovely

The tiles in the outdoor area were quite slippery when splashed with water.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Excellent pool in our villa, loved the shared area. Breakfast was delicious and the daily fruit with breakfast was so fresh! Great to have a driver available when required & laundry service. Would definitely stay again.

Great pool, good location to walk to centre of Ubud. Very happy! Friendly and helpful staff.

Towels need updating, a bit old and worn.

The villa was spacious and comfortable. Abundant nature. Generally clean. Service standards were acceptable.

The bathroom fittings were rundown and bathrooms were poorly maintained.
